A modern and cozy house designed by architect Serhii Vasiliev — from layout to architectural details. The ideal “2 + 2” arrangement allows for a comfortable stay for both a family and two couples. The main highlight is a spacious terrace right on the riverbank, where you can watch the sunrise, enjoy dinner by the water, and feel complete harmony with nature.

The house accommodates 4 people (2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults).
